Menswear Style: Navy Shawl Lapel Tuxedo with a black bow tie
If you love the city where you live, why not capture some wedding images in all your favorite spots? Linen + Lilac had the vision to create a romantic Parisian-styled wedding in Golden Gate Park where this modern couple could be set against historic backdrops. To fit the Parisian theme, the bride wore a lace top gown with a beige chiffon skirt; it's an understated bridal gown but is whimsical and romantic. The groom in this shoot actually is a bit more elegant with a navy tuxedo and black bow tie-- navy tuxedos are almost as formal as a black tuxedo but bring a little more interest with the contrasting coat and lapel. The groom paired his navy coat with black pants and black shoes so that only his coat brought in the navy. The bride's bouquet has a tiffany blue ribbon which was a simple way to bring in just a bit of color to this neutral palette. Voilà! Enjoy!
