Venue: Sequoia National Park
Photography + Design: Trista Maja Photography
Groom Style: Burgundy Shawl Lapel Tuxedo with a black bow tie
This elopement is for the couple who dreams of an I Do moment full of wildflowers, crystals, and nature.
Tucked away in the stunning mountainside of Sequoia National Park, this couple along with a photographer and an officiant walked along the trail to the place where they would have their ceremony. After the special exchanging of vows, this couple walked to their little clearing where a fun and romantic picnic was set up.
Filled with tasty fruits, cheeses, and wines on top of purple bohemian plates and a fun eclectic rug this intimate reception was pure perfection! The cake was a special one-tiered creation with a gold foil coating and wildflower décor. We love how the flowers on the cake match the wildflowers at the picnic and the bridal bouquet.
The bride wore a gorgeous flowing tulle gown with a plunging neckline and lace detailing. She paired her gown with a long veil and a fun crystal crown. The groom wore a Burgundy Shawl Lapel Tuxedo, paired with a black bow tie. We love how his tuxedo is traditional and upscale, yet the color makes it perfect for an outdoor nature elopement.
