What is the Stitch & Tie Rewards Program?
Our rewards program was created to thank our loyal customers for their repeat business. The rewards program allows individuals to earn credit on rentals at Stitch & Tie as well as Friar Tux Shop. Each time an order is completed, 10% of the paid amount is given in rewards dollars to use on a future rental with us.
How do I sign up?
When you place an order with us, you will automatically be signed up to earn rewards. It's that easy.
Am I able to use my Friar Tux Shop Rewards thru Stitch & Tie and vise-versa?
Yes, your rewards from both companies are stored in your customer file and can be used at either company regardless of where they were earned. Just be sure to use the same email address each time you rent from us.
Can you give me an example of how the rewards work?
You pay for and return a rental of $145. You'll earn $14.50 in rewards for that. Later, you place a new order with us for $150 and request to use your rewards. Your rental price becomes $135.50. Then you earn rewards again ($13.55 to be exact)!
How do I know if I have rewards?
After you return your order, you’ll get an email from us notifying you of your rewards balance. If you’d like to check on the status of your rewards you may email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888.390.0059.
Are there any limits to the rewards I can earn?
Each order may receive a maximum of $25 in rewards but there are no limits to how many rewards your account can accrue! You will earn rewards each time you place a rental order with us. We appreciate your business!
Please note that rewards are not earned on shipping charges.
How can I use my rewards?
You can use your rewards on your future rental order(s).
What happens if I do not use my rewards?
They will keep accruing and you can use them at a future time.
Do the rewards expire?
Your rewards expire 2 years from the date on which you earned them.
When do my rewards start accruing?
You are automatically signed up for rewards when you rent with Stitch & Tie. Rewards are earned on all rentals and are available for use approximately 3 days after your order has been scanned back in to our facility.
Are the rewards transferable?
The rewards are non-transferable and can be redeemed by the recipient of the rewards only. (Special considerations may be made to apply rewards from orders of children under the age of 10, allowing their parents to use the rewards.)
