We’ve been committed to great fitting garments since 1974. Here’s some information about how we make sure your order fits to your liking.
Our stylists will enter your order using the size information you provided and combine it with our internal fitting data. If there are any questions about your sizes we'll reach out to you. In the event that you are between sizes, we may opt to send you two of the garment in question so that you will have options.
Once you receive your order, try on all the items right away to make sure they fit properly. If anything is not to your liking, call us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you.
- Replacement Items: We will ship you a replacement item for free via a shipping service and speed of our choosing. To qualify for free replacement shipping you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your garments. You can return all items together after your event using the included shipping label, or at one of our showrooms.
- Professional Alterations: a local tailor can make a temporary alteration to a coat sleeve length or pants hem. Send us your receipt and we'll credit your order up to $15.
