We’ve been committed to great fitting garments for over four decades. Here’s some information about how we make sure your order fits to your liking.
Our stylists will enter your order using the size information you provided against our custom fitting data. If there are any questions about your sizes, you will receive a phone call. In the event that you are between sizes, we may opt to send you two of the garment in question so that you will have options.
Once you receive your order, try on all the items right away to make sure they fit properly. If anything is not to your liking, call us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you.
- Replacement Items: We will ship you a replacement item for free if you need a different size. You can return all items together after your event using the included shipping label, or at one of our showrooms.
- Professional Alterations: a local tailor can make a temporary alteration to a coat sleeve length or pants hem. We'll credit your order up to $15.
